  • Accountability and a coach that cares about you, how you are progressing and what changes need to be made to suit you.

Shape-Shifter Get Summer Ready Programme - $25 per week

  • Focus on weight-loss and toning
  • Weekly programmes delivered straight to your inbox each Sunday for the week ahead. Sessions progress from your training the week before.
  • Access to an exercise video library showing demonstrations of exercises.
  • Goal setting and guided measurements to track your progress.
  • Sessions tailored to the gym or your home workout set up.
  • Accountability to a coach that cares about you, how you are progressing, how your body is feeling and making any changes needed to suit you and your current situation.

  • Focus on increasing your muscle mass and building your strength.
  • Weekly programmes delivered straight to your inbox each Sunday for the week ahead. Sessions progress from your training the week before.

2020...what a year so far....BUT we will get through this together :)

I strongly believe that maintaining your health and fitness (all year round, not just during this unprecedented time) is highly beneficial...not just physically, but also mentally. That includes making healthier food choices, getting in regular exercise and sleeping well.

With the future suddenly unclear and the possibility of gyms and studios being closed getting near, I want to make training available to all my clients and to those who want to get started on their journey to fit.

Here is what I have to offer you:

Shape-Shifter Get Fit Programme 

  • Weekly Programmes (these can be with equipment or with no equipment. These will be emailed to you on a Sunday night)
  • Access to a private exercise video library
  • A weekly mobility/stretch workout video 
  • Templates to test your fitness and measurements
  • Access to a private FB support group
  • Weekly Check-Ins via email to see how you are tracking

Virtual Personal Training 

  • Personal Training sessions presented to you via Skype or Zoom. These are 30min sessions tailored around your goals and the equipment you have available to you (if any).
  • I will be demonstrating the exercises and checking in on your technique.
  • These are weekly and must be booked in advance.

Virtual Bootcamps 

  • Bootcamp sessions presented to you via Zoom. These are 30min sessions where I will be demonstrating the exercises and checking your form via video call.
  • I will send out "meeting" links to those who are signed up. You can then follow along, be challenged and motivated...all from your own living room, garage or back yard!
  • If you do not have equipment, do not worry - these sessions will be based on bodyweight movements with the option to add weighted movements if you do have equipment at home.
