The 6 Week Fitness Blast is for YOU!

This will be a small group training session run weekly where we solely focus on getting those fitness levels up!  During the 6 weeks you will get:

  • 6x Fitness Training Sessions
  • Fitness Testing (start and end)
  • Goal Setting Based on your fitness test results
  • At home (or gym) fitness training for an extra 1-2x sessions per week to compliment our weekly session.

To go ahead there must be a minimum of 3x committed individuals signed up, there is space for a maximum of 5x committed individuals. This Fitness Blast is open to both men and women :)
