Personal Training sessions available:
- Wednesdays at 4pm (30min PT) - fortnightly from 4 August
- Possibility of later fortnightly evening sessions available also (Weds)
NOTE: These can be individual training sessions or paired training sessions if you would like to sign up with a friend.

An iconic event in Hamilton, NZ....AND the perfect chance for YOU to set yourself a goal around your running fitness, get started into running and to be part of a team.
This year Shape-Shifter Personal Training is going to enter a team for this event. You have the chance to enter a 6km run/walk or 12km run/walk. Even though you will still "race" as an individual, we will be a team and I will set up some training days closer to the event time.

HOW DO I SIGN UP??
To sign up, you either sign up for 6 week or 8 week blocks, these can be extended at the end of your chosen block. Options include 1x session per week, 2x sessions per week or 3x sessions per week. For pricing and to secure your spot, please send me a message today :)
