6 Week Fitness Challenge - Thursday 16 April 2020
The Shape-Shifter 6 Week Fitness Challenge is almost here! :)
This is a 6 week programme designed for individuals (both male and female) who are beginning their exercise journey for the first time, or those who have been away from exercise for some time. This will be limited to 8 individuals. Ideally you will want to move better, breathe better and get in shape!
- Fitness testing and measurements (home based via instruction - starting 16 April 6:45pm)
- Weekly Fitness Class via ZOOM during lockdown (for the challenge group only - Thursdays 6:45pm during lockdown, time will change once gyms open)
- At home fitness programme at week one and updated in week three
- Food diary and general nutrition guidelines, including information on portion sizes
- Access to the Shape-Shifter Clients private FB group
- Access to other groups or personal training sessions at a reduced rate during the 6 week challenge.
The benefit of having the challenge group workout session with Noelle via ZOOM on-top of your home workouts includes:
- Checking your technique and ensuring you are completing your exercises correctly
- Accountability to ensure that you are doing your home workouts
- Support and motivation as a team, everyone who signs up to this challenge is in the same boat with their fitness
- Social - working out in a group is highly motivating and a chance to interact with other like-minded individuals
- PLUS you will get to workout from your own home!
