Ladies 8 Week Strength Gains Programme

COMING SOON...the first session will be Thursday 27 May 2021!
This is an 8 week block focused purely on building strength - we will work on unilateral strength for your upper body and lower body. We will also be building on your barbell deadlifts.
There will 1x 45min class every Thursday at 7:15pm.
Because of the type of training, spaces will be limited (4-5 ladies max per session).
***Must have a minimum of 3 ladies to run this class
