- Do you want to get your level of fitness up before Summer so that you can go on all those outdoor walks and hikes?
The 6 Week Fitness Blast is for YOU!
This will be a small group training session run weekly where we solely focus on getting those fitness levels up! During the 6 weeks you will get:
- 6x Fitness Training Sessions
- Fitness Testing (start and end)
- Goal Setting Based on your fitness test results
- At home (or gym) fitness training for an extra 1-2x sessions per week to compliment our weekly session.
To go ahead there must be a minimum of 3x committed individuals signed up, there is space for a maximum of 5x committed individuals. This Fitness Blast is open to both men and women :)
