Shape-Shifter Personal Training offers all female group training sessions.
When we get to Alert Level 2 in the Waikato, and while we may be there for the foreseeable future, there are to be some adjustments to classes due to the size of my studio.
To allow for social distancing and to follow the appropriate COVID19 protocols, bootcamps and other group sessions will be CAPPED in size.
Spaces will be open to current clients first and then remaining spaces will be opened to the public. If you would like to get on the waitlist for when spaces open to the public, please send me a message today.

- Monday 6:45pm - CARDIO FIT - 5 individuals (30min class)
- Wednesday 5pm - BOOTCAMP - (30min class) - FULL
- Thursday 6:10pm - BOOTCAMP - (30min class) - FULL
- Thursday 6:45pm - CARDIO FIT - 5 individuals (30min class) - FULL
NOTE: Once we are at L2, this will run for a 7 week block (1 November-16th December)

An iconic event in Hamilton, NZ....AND the perfect chance for YOU to set yourself a goal around your running fitness, get started into running and to be part of a team.
This year Shape-Shifter Personal Training is going to enter a team for this event. You have the chance to enter a 6km run/walk or 12km run/walk. Even though you will still "race" as an individual, we will be a team and I will set up some training days closer to the event time.
