Shape-Shifter Personal Training is based in a private personal training studio in Te Rapa. Run by Noelle Gutry, Shape-Shifter PT specialises in individual training (men and women), online programming, group sessions, and women-only classes.
Shape-Shifter PT aims to help women shape both the body and the mind, encouraging clients to learn to love themselves, learn to love exercise, and to change their lifestyle for the better.
The Shape-Shifter Studio is a supportive environment for all. With ages ranging from 20-70, all fitness levels are catered for. It is a place of fun, laughter and hard work, where all can feel safe and free from judgment.

I believe that there is never a wrong age to learn to love exercise!
I tailor all my programmes to my clients goals and abilities. Through an initial one-on-one consultation, I will talk with you about your current road blocks when it comes to exercise, and what you wish to achieve long term. By helping you set realistic goals, providing a range of training options, and checking in through my Shape-Shifter support group, I can help you learn to love exercise and love your body.
Injured or in Rehab?
Injuries are a fact of life, but that doesn't mean that you need to stop exercise completely. I work closely with my client's physios to tailor workouts that can strengthen muscle groups and help with the rehabilitation process.
Looking for Pre and Post Natal Personal Training?
I am qualified to train women both throughout and after their pregnancies. These programmes are based around current fitness levels, are tailored around their body, and are designed to help mums 'bounce back' after baby. In terms of exercise when pregnant, it's all about understanding your body and adapting as baby grows. If you're looking for pre or post natal fitness training, get in touch.
