Are you ready to take charge of your fitness journey?

Shape-Shifter Booty & Core Classes

Ladies - Do you want to focus on building your glutes, hips and core strength?

Then this is the class for you!

Sessions are 30min in length and designed to get you working your hip, glute and core muscles. This will allow you to start not only increasing your strength and stability, but also to start shaping that booty :)

Class will be run every Tuesday at 5pm.

Shape-Shifter Beginner Strength Classes

Do you want to start incorporating strength training into your exercise regime? But maybe you haven't used weights before?

Then this session could be for you - this is a 30min class designed to get you comfortable with weights and building your strength to increase your muscle tone.

This class is run every Monday at 4:30pm

Shape-Shifter Cardio-Fit Classes

Do you want to get fit, fast?

Cardio-Fit is a 30-35min session designed to increase your fitness abilities and improve your lung capacity.

Sessions will be calorie scorchers, so if you are working towards increased fitness and weight-loss, this is for you :)

This class is run every Thursday at 5:30pm.

Shape-Shifter "I Like to Move HIIT" Classes

These classes are all about making YOU feel good!

Sessions use a combination of strength and cardio. These all women's classes are perfect for women who want to lose weight, get in shape and are short on time :)

Classes are run:

  • Mondays 6:10pm

  • Wednesdays 6:30am

  • Wednesdays 5pm

  • Thursdays 6:10pm

Group Fitness Memberships

Shape-Shifter Women's Group Fitness Class Memberships are now available

All-women exercise classes based in Te Rapa, Hamilton, New Zealand.

There are 2x membership options available:

  • 2x Classes per week & 3x Classes per week memberships. Memberships start from $35 per week

  • Payments are set up through direct debits

  • Bookings are done via the XODA app, allowing you to book/reschedule as you like
