We all know that exercising is an important part of staying healthy, however knowing where to start or what to do can be confronting and confusing. That’s why I’m here to help you.
I create fully tailored personal training sessions according to your body, your goals and your abilities. Whether you’re wanting to lose weight, tone up, strengthen muscle groups or improve your fitness, Shape-Shifter Personal Training can help you.
Every training session is different to help keep you engaged and motivated, and I can provide tailored programmes for the gym or at home to allow you to continue to work towards your goals outside of your Personal Training sessions.
To keep you on track, I offer fitness testing and measurements on a periodic basis, and will discuss your exercise and food habits to help you make healthy choices.
Being based in a private personal training studio means there is no need to feel self-conscious or overwhelmed by a large gym – it is my goal to make all my clients feel happier and healthier, and to get them to learn to love exercise.
