Personal Training in a Private Studio

We all know that exercising is an important part of staying healthy, however knowing where to start or what to do can be confronting and confusing. That’s why I’m here to help you.

I create fully tailored personal training sessions according to your body, your goals and your abilities. Whether you’re wanting to lose weight, tone up, strengthen muscle groups or improve your fitness, Shape-Shifter Personal Training can help you.

Every training session is progressed to help keep you engaged and motivated, ensuring you get the best possible results. I can create tailored programmes for the gym (or at home) to allow you to continue to work towards your goals outside of your Personal Training sessions.

To keep you on track, I offer fitness testing and measurements on a periodic basis, and will discuss your exercise and food habits to help you make healthy choices. 

Being based in a private personal training studio means there is no need to feel self-conscious or overwhelmed by a large gym – it is my goal to make all my clients feel happier, more confident, healthier and to get them to learn to love exercise.

  • Wednesdays 4pm (weekly - available from 12 November)

  • Thursdays 4:30pm (weekly - available from 13 November)

  • Thursdays 5pm (weekly - available from 13 November)

If you wish to track your progress, I can run fitness testing, take measurements and take progress photos. Whatever your goal is, I can help get you there.
